SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY:

At Erotic Toy Chest, LLC, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or store credit within 7 days of the purchase date. (No exceptions at this time.)

To initiate a return, please contact us first to obtain approval. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item(s). We reserve the right to deny any return that has not been pre-approved.

All returned items should include:

  •        Original packaging (if applicable)
  •        Tags
  •        All accessories or components included at the time of sale

Please note:

  •         We do not offer cash or debit refunds
  • Close-out and clearance items are final sale and cannot be return

 

SHIPPING POLICY

We know how exciting it is to receive your order, so we make every effort to get it to you as quickly as possible. Unless otherwise noted, please allow 24 hours for us to prepare your order for shipment.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email and/or text with your tracking information. Most domestic orders arrive within 2–4 business days (excluding holidays). You can sign up for delivery alerts directly on the shipping company’s website. We use USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and more. Available options will be shown at checkout. It is your responsibility to track your order using the tracking information provided.

Please ensure your shipping information is correct. If you notice an error on your confirmation email, contact us immediately. If your shipment hasn’t gone out yet, we’ll correct it promptly.

If an order is returned due to incorrect information provided by the customer, we will gladly resend it once we receive the returned item and the customer pays new shipping fees. We will notify you at the phone number you provided.
